Daniel T. Dwyer, Jr., AAI, CIC

Dan Dwyer Jr. has been in the insurance business since 1991 when he joined the agency after duty in the armed forces during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He is a 1987 graduate of St. Xavier High School and continued his education at the University of Dayton and University of Cincinnati. He obtained both his Property & Casualty license and Life & Health agent's licenses shortly after joining the agency. He has a detailed knowledge of auto, home, life and related insurance protection. He is also skilled in counseling and servicing the insurance needs of small and medium size businesses.

Maurice J. “Marty” Dwyer

Marty joined the agency part time shortly after graduating from LaSalle High School in 1997, then full-time after attending The University of Cincinnati. Marty started by learning the ropes of providing personal service including processing changes and reporting claims. He then quickly progressed as a producer of auto and home insurance, after obtaining his Property & Casualty license. Since then he has obtained his life insurance license. Marty specializes in Car, Home, Life, Umbrella and Small Business insurance. His ability to quote insurance with accuracy and deal with people in a friendly manner makes him an asset to Dwyer Insurance.

Lori Caldwell, CIC

Lori (Dwyer) Caldwell graduated from McAuley High School in 1983 and began her college education at the Florida Institute of Technology. Her schooling continued as she traveled with her family and she completed her degree in Business Management from Texas A&M, Corpus Christi. She joined the agency in 2000, after working for and managing several local banks; most recently Regional Vice President for Provident Bank. Lori's experience in financial service and lending became great stepping stones for her career as an insurance agent. These skills along with her management experience are helping our business run much more efficiently, so we can provide the best service to our clients. Lori writes many medium to large commercial accounts, in addition to providing insurance solutions to clients in need of car, home and life policies.

Tanya Egnew, CISR

Tanya graduated from McAuley High School in 1995. She joined Dwyer Insurance in 2003 and gained her Property and Casualty agent’s license in 2005. Since joining the agency Tanya continues to focus on providing excellent customer service in the areas of personal and commercial insurance. Recently she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation which will further her knowledge to service Dwyer clients. Tanya enjoys the family atmosphere at Dwyer Insurance and her relationships with our clients.

Deanne Poli, CISR

Deanne Poli joined the agency in January 2010 after working for another local agency for a few years. She graduated from McAuley H.S. in 1988, obtained a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 and became a Property and Casualty licensed agent in 2008. In November 2012 she earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Her education and experience in the business have given her the skills to provide the best service to our clients.

Katie Wickman

Katie attended both McAuley and Colerain High Schools and graduated in 1994. After working several years with her father’s consulting business she moved on to work 12 years with the Law Firm of Butkovich & Crosthwaite. She quickly was promoted through hard work and dedication as a paralegal specializing in Customer Service, researching and Administrative Assistance. Katie joined the Dwyer Agency in 2010 and is a fully-licensed agent. She is also looking forward to continuing her education and developing the expertise to provide the best service for our customers.

M. Scott Stewart

Scott began his insurance career in 1991 joining his father in their family agency. He graduated from Boone County High School in 1989 and obtained his degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1995. He is licensed in Property & Casualty plus Life & Health. With over twenty years of experience, Scott works with his clients to better understand their unique financial risks and to help find the most competitive insurance solutions for their needs.

Christopher J. Schuetz

Chris is a 2012 graduate of LaSalle High School. While in high school he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He joined Dwyer Insurance as a part time employee in 2014 while he was earning a Marketing Degree from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College. In the summer of 2016 he became a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and is now with the agency full time. Chris is looking forward to this next chapter in his life plus the challenges & rewards that come with it.

Patricia (Patti) L. Ratcliff - Administrative Assistant.

Patti Ratcliff graduated a proud Mount Healthy Owl and is still a proud Alumni of the Class of 1966. After completing High School she attended Beauty School for hair design. She found her calling as a customer service rep for the Industry. She continued to grow and moved on to Ponderosa where she became a Company Trainer teaching her skills of customer service to employees of new stores opening up around the United States. She takes her job very personal and applies that to her approach helping customers. She believes the customer should come first and a satisfied customer is her reward of a job well done. As she continues to learn the Insurance Industry she still has not lost any of her Customer Service skills. Her upbeat go getter attitude is contagious in this office and keeping customers happy is her goal which fits in perfectly with our business objective.

Daniel T. Dwyer, Sr., CIC – Our Founder

Dan Dwyer Sr. has been in the insurance business since he graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1960. Starting at the Maryland Casualty Company in the mailroom, he worked in the industry to eventually be Vice President of Great American Insurance Company, and headed the company’s national Personal Lines operations. In 1989 he left Great American to start the Dwyer Insurance Agency. He has been very active in the insurance industry on several boards and as past president of the Greater Cincinnati Independent Insurance Agents Association. He is still very active in the agency and in the community. His vast experience in insurance company operations has provided an excellent background and platform for running an agency and serving our clients.
